About the Role
SummitMedia has an immediate opening at the Springfield, MO location for a full-time morning air personality at the legendary 94.7 KTTS. This is an on-air hosting role requiring strong content creation, production, and social media skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and execute content-driven show with an established co-host
- Create and deliver original content on-air and over social media
- Conduct daily live on-air shifts
- Execute additional voice-tracked shifts as required
- Monitor, update, and create relevant and engaging content for station websites and social media platforms
- Produce high-quality show content with strong on-air and production skills
- Perform various production duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years of on-air experience
- Proven experience with NextGen/Zetta and Adobe Audition
- Strong on-air and production skills, including live and voice-tracked capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write promotional copy, web copy, and social media posts
- Prior experience in Country, Hot AC, or Top 40 formats a plus
- Must reside in or relocate to Springfield, MO
