Overview
Dear Media is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Live Events Associate to support the execution of live events, talent tours, and brand activations. This role is rooted in production coordination, vendor communication, and event logistics, while also supporting creative across events. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized and moving forward, while contributing to the development of event materials and on-site experiences. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, creatively aware, and highly proactive—someone who thrives in the details while helping bring high-impact experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creation of event assets including signage, one-sheeters, and partner materials
- Assist with on-site collateral and branded touchpoints
- Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready materials
- Support planning and execution of talent tours, live events, and activations
- Assist with timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules
- Coordinate logistics across venues, partners, and internal teams
- Provide on-site support during events
- Support communication with brand partners and distribute pre-event materials
- Maintain internal trackers for events and partnerships
- Conduct research for venues, vendors, and activation ideas
- Support sourcing and coordination of external partners
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in live events and experiential marketing
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of event production workflows
- Experience with talent or brand-led events is a plus
- Operationally strong with a creative eye
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven
- Passionate about live events, storytelling, and audience experience
