About the Role
Vox Media is looking for a Manager of Podcast Partner Operations to serve as the operational backbone of our podcast advertising and partnership operations. This role is essential to supporting our growing network of podcast partners and managing the operational complexities of our podcast business.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes that ensure smooth collaboration with podcast partners, managing timelines, and optimizing operational efficiency across partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as operational lead for podcast partner relationships
- Manage partnership timelines and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with advertising and sales teams

Requirements
- Experience in operations management, preferably in media or podcasting
- Strong project management and coordination skills
