About This Role
Magellan AI is seeking a Measurement Success Manager to help clients track results and maximize value from their podcast campaigns. This US-based, fully remote position combines client-facing support with analytical work, offering direct exposure to leadership and opportunities to develop expertise in podcast advertising measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client questions and provide support through email and support channels
- Set up measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues before they impact reporting
- Lead Zoom training sessions to help clients navigate the platform and understand campaign performance
- Build spreadsheets that simplify complex datasets for reporting and insights
- Support QA efforts to ensure data accuracy for client deliverables
- Partner with the team to improve processes as the client base grows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar customer success or support role
- Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets formulas
- Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented work style
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage multiple client accounts
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset
