About The Role
The Network Coordinator supports the growth and day-to-day operations of Human Content’s expanding media network by bridging production, partnerships, and marketing teams. This role requires an individual with experience in, and a passion to grow in digital media, podcast production, marketing, and niche audience engagement. The coordinator helps keep every project moving—from ad campaigns and episode releases to sponsor research and performance analytics—while ensuring clear communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly show and marketing analytics reporting
- Social media management for network and client accounts
- Remote production operations and quality control reviews
- Digital ad campaign management across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Live tour market research and website management
- New series launch setup and distribution
- Sales and sponsor research and outreach
- Guest scheduling and coordination
- Weekly podcast run of show prep, scripting, research, and asset management
- Patreon community engagement and management
- Creative asset coordination and copywriting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in podcasting, media, journalism, or marketing
- Strong remote work skills including time management, multitasking, and self-direction
- Experience or willingness to learn digital marketing campaign development across platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and research abilities
- Confident and professional client communication
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and finds creative solutions
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats
- Bonus: graphic design, post-production, or audio engineering experience
