Media Strategy & Operations Lead
The organization is seeking a Media Strategy & Operations Lead to help drive the next chapter of our media platform, owning its editorial strategy, operating model, quality, and growth. The ideal candidate is part editorial strategist, part media operator, part executive communicator, and part growth-minded builder. This is an ownership role more than a hands-on production position, though you will still be expected to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Production and Guest Experience: Direct the end-to-end media operation, overseeing internal resources, freelancers, and external partners responsible for production, publishing, promotion, and performance reporting. Own and prioritize the media improvement backlog continuously refining workflows, tools, processes, and quality standards. Own the quality of the guest experience including coordination with guests and their PR teams.
- Build an Insight and Content Engine: Identify business-relevant themes and emerging signals across executive interviews, events, transcripts, and market conversations. Translate insights into original thought leadership, articles, newsletters, campaigns, and sponsorship narratives. Build and improve AI-enabled workflows for research, transcript analysis, insight extraction, content development, and distribution.
- Grow Audience and Own Commercial Delivery: Own audience-growth and paid-promotion programs including strategy, budget, segmentation, and performance optimization. Support sponsorship and integrated media packages. Own media analytics and reporting translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Drive Innovation: Test new formats, channels, tools, and distribution strategies. Use performance data, experimentation, and audience insights to improve media impact on reach, engagement, sponsor value, and firm priorities.
- Lead Editorial and Platform Strategy: Own the editorial strategy and roadmap for the company’s executive media platform including podcasts, video, articles, newsletters, social content, and event-driven media. Shape guest strategy and content priorities. Support in-person events.

- Salary Range: $95,000 – $125,000 per year (Base pay)
