Are you a Jesus follower with a passion for connecting with people? The WBCL Radio Network is looking for an engaging communicator to become the next co-host of our beloved morning team.
We’re looking for someone who can share their faith in a genuine, relatable way across live radio and digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong on-air versatility, creative storytelling, and experience with digital and social media. Strong audio production experience is required.
On-Air Duties
- Co-host a regular live morning air shift
- Create digital and social content connected to the show
- Operate the control board and edit phone bits, interviews, and audio content
- Contribute to daily show planning and creative content development
- Can collaborate on audio production
- Potential podcast host for the right fit
General Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ on-air experience (preferably within the CCM market)
- Efficient in production using Adobe or similar tools
- Efficient and experienced with creating digital/social media content
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, broadcasting, or similar field desired
