Multimedia Assistant — Las Vegas Raiders
The Las Vegas Raiders are seeking a Multimedia Assistant to work alongside a team of video and audio professionals in Las Vegas responsible for the production and distribution of Raiders Podcast Network content and support Raider Nation Radio. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with on-air talent and be part of a dynamic audio and video production team. The ideal candidate will understand best practices in audio recording, have experience recording audio in a studio or radio station environment, be self-directed, and demonstrate initiative.
Essential Job Functions
- Produce promotional videos for programs under the Raider Podcast Network umbrella
- Provide on-site support (audio and visual) for remote recordings of podcasts
- Deliver final video files for interviews recorded in podcast studio
- Assist in delivery of final project files for publishing to Raiders Podcast Network
- Collaborate with podcast staff on show rundowns and segment ideas
- Collaborate with producers and other video production positions to ensure duties and goals are executed properly and on-time
- Assist in research, clearance, booking, and other show production needs
- Support all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Familiar with various methods of file sharing
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to use good judgment and present a professional image
- Willing to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed
