Curtis Media Group is seeking a full-time, magnetic on-air personality who genuinely loves people and knows how to connect—especially with adults 35–49. You will bring energy, warmth, and curiosity to everything you do, and your audience will feel it.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect naturally with adults 35–49 living, working, and playing in The Triangle
- Deliver engaging on-air content and spark conversation that holds listener attention
- Share authentic, engaging content on social media driven by genuine passion
- Inspire listeners through storytelling and music programming
- Connect with the community through on-air presence and local events
- Thrive on inspiring people—not just entertaining them
What We’re Looking For
- Natural ability to connect with target audience (adults 35–49)
- Authentic, engaging social media presence driven by real passion
- Deep love of music and understanding of its place in people’s everyday lives
- Strong storytelling abilities and ability to make people truly listen
- Willingness to engage with community on the street and at area events
Bonus Qualifications
- Broadcast programming experience
- Background in music
