About the Role

Audacy is seeking on-air talent with a passion for connecting with listeners and creating compelling content in a 360-degree multimedia environment. This is a pipeline position—we are continuously building a talent pool for future opportunities across our top 35 markets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original content and perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative
  • Participate in and create original content for all social media platforms
  • Manage online personality presence across digital channels
  • Protect the station’s FCC license through compliance monitoring
  • Monitor music and commercial logs for assigned airshifts
  • Ensure promotions and contests are executed properly
  • Operate the control board and perform production work
  • Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts

Requirements

  • Strong desire to create compelling content and build genuine relationships with audiences
  • Excellent communication with strong creative skills
  • Technical proficiency with broadcast equipment and audio editing software
  • Master of social media and digital content creation
  • Creative thinking and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to participate in station appearances and client interactions
