Podcast Producer & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, self-directed Podcast Producer and Social Media Manager to help grow a podcast and multiple personal brands focused on life transitions, healing, personal growth, entrepreneurship, and community impact. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, social media trends, audience growth, and content repurposing. The owner will record content; your responsibility is to turn that content into a complete content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit audio and video podcast episodes
  • Create intros, outros, and show notes
  • Upload episodes to podcast platforms and write titles and descriptions
  • Manage podcast publishing schedule
  • Repurpose podcast content into multiple formats (short-form videos, clips, graphics, audiograms)
  • Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and LinkedIn
  • Manage content calendars and schedule social media posts
  • Monitor comments, messages, and analytics

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven podcast editing experience
  • Video editing skills using CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of social media growth strategies
  • Graphic design skills and Canva proficiency
  • Excellent storytelling ability
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills

Monthly Deliverables

  • 4–8 edited and published podcast episodes
  • 40–60 short-form video assets
  • Weekly social media scheduling
  • Monthly analytics reports
  • Consistent brand presence across all platforms
