Podcast Assistant – Paid Internship
PICXM, a media production company, is seeking a motivated and personable podcast assistant to help expand their podcast guest lineup. This hands-on internship offers real responsibility and room to grow, providing valuable experience in podcast production and media outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective podcast guests aligned with content focus
- Send outreach emails daily to prospects on behalf of the show
- Follow up with prospects via phone and Zoom as needed
- Track outreach efforts and update the guest pipeline
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with confirmed guests
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at Ensign College in Communications, Marketing, or Business program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and conducting Zoom meetings
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Enthusiastic about media, podcasting, or storytelling
