CBS News is seeking an Associate Producer to support the production of the 48 Hours limited series podcast. This role will be instrumental in supporting research, booking, editing, and fact-checking of narrative-documentary style podcasts.

  • Research and source story content for podcast episodes
  • Book and coordinate with guests and interview subjects
  • Edit and fact-check podcast content
  • Manage production timelines and deliverables
  • Support senior producers in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Strong interest in legal and investigative storytelling preferred. Experience with podcast production software and journalism fundamentals required.
