WOW Brand is seeking a dynamic Podcast Booking & Social Media Intern to support podcast growth, guest acquisition, and social media management. This is an exciting opportunity for students and aspiring professionals interested in media, marketing, podcasting, and business development in the NYC networking ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media content and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Reach out to business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives, and brands to secure podcast guest opportunities
- Coordinate podcast scheduling, booking appointments, and calendar management
- Conduct outreach through email, direct messages, networking, and lead generation
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
- Help organize events, networking mixers, podcast shoots, and media collaborations
- Maintain professional communication with clients, guests, and partners
- Track leads, bookings, and outreach progress using spreadsheets or CRM tools
- Assist with content creation, behind-the-scenes coverage, and brand storytelling
Compensation & Benefits
