Podcast Clip Director – AI / Tech / VC
Good Future Media is seeking a talented Short-Form Director and Copywriter to help scale clip production and distribution across our AI, tech, and venture capital podcast portfolio, including All-In, 20VC, This Week in Startups, BG2, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Mine long-form podcast transcripts for the highest-viral-potential moments — focusing on narrative arcs, not just quotes
- Direct the edit: manage pacing, hook placement, captions, on-screen text, and sound design
- Write scroll-stopping titles, hooks, and captions tailored to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Partner with editors and clip miners to hit weekly output targets across multiple shows
- Stay fluent in what’s driving engagement in AI, tech, and startup/VC content
What We’re Looking For
- Deep familiarity with the AI/tech/VC podcast landscape
- Track record editing or directing short-form content with proven performance metrics
- Strong copywriting instincts — ability to write hooks that stop scrolls in under a second
- Comfort working fast across multiple shows and formats simultaneously
- Bonus: existing perspective on crypto/Web3 content
Note: This role requires significant screen time and social media use. The team is asynchronous and remote, with strong communication skills essential.
