Title: Programming Associate – Podcasts
Duration: 09 Months (Extension / Conversion will be based on performance)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 – Onsite
Pay Range: ($25-$27) on an hourly basis.
Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Programming Associate to support podcast publishing and content operations across a leading streaming platform.
- This role involves managing podcast distribution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, publishing video and podcast content, tracking performance metrics, and supporting audience growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital media, content operations, podcast production, or a related field.
- Experience with podcast publishing, content management systems (CMS), or digital content workflows.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with video editing and short-form content publishing is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital analytics and content performance reporting.
- Interest in sports, news, or digital media is highly preferred.
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and publish podcast episodes and video content.
- Create and publish short-form clips, VOD, and vertical videos.
- Coordinate with producers, product, marketing, and editorial teams to ensure timely publishing.
- Track content performance and share insights with stakeholders.
- Support backend content setup, including show pages, playlists, and metadata.
- Ensure publishing workflows run smoothly across digital platforms.
