We are seeking an experienced Podcast Content Manager to work with some of New Zealand’s best talent and creators to build podcasts that audiences love.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing podcast content strategy and production workflow
  • Collaborating with talented creators and hosts
  • Building audience engagement and retention
  • Overseeing episode planning and scheduling
  • Ensuring quality standards across all podcast productions

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in podcast management, content development, and working with creative teams to produce engaging audio content.
