Podcast Coordinator / Producer

We are seeking a versatile coordinator to support talent relations across guest appearances, sourcing opportunities, and show-related coordination. Our team needs someone who can keep multiple calendars, documents, and workflows organized while helping ensure smooth communication between show teams, producers, legal, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain systems for upcoming content across culture and sports calendars
  • Track and continuously update documents for upcoming film, TV, book, sporting, and award show activity
  • Support onsite guest appearances by managing logistics and coordinating with relevant teams
  • Research talent lists, maintain performance review check-in calendars, and support show launches and record keeping
  • Coordinate workflows between show teams, producers, legal, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in media, entertainment, or the sports industry
  • Strong passion for culture, film and TV, sports, and music
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, work proactively, and stay action oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and be onsite for tapings, with light travel within the state
  • Comfort working in a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office
