About the Role

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Podcast Coordinator / Producer to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers an opportunity to work in the dynamic podcast and media industry while supporting talent relations and content coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop systems for upcoming content for culture & sports calendars
  • Track and continuously update documents with upcoming film, TV, book releases, sporting events, and award shows
  • Support onsite guest appearances by managing logistics
  • Work closely with the Talent Relations team supporting guest booking and new show launches
  • Maintain calendars with show teams for performance review check-ins
  • Research and generate talent lists for various projects across podcast slate and live programming
  • Liaison between Talent Relations team and legal department to maintain clear communication
  • Establish workflow and consistent check-ins with show teams
  • Collaborate with show teams, producers, and podcast managers

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in media, entertainment, or sports industry
  • Passionate about culture, film, TV, sports, and music
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communicator who collaborates well with others
  • Proactive and action-oriented
  • Willingness to travel and be onsite for tapings
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong familiarity with pop culture scene and/or sports industry
