About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Edit audio and video for every podcast episode to a professional standard
  • Manage pre-production planning and episode preparation
  • Assist with guest coordination and scheduling
  • Ensure consistency in audio quality, pacing, and production style across episodes
  • Meet deadlines and manage your own workload independently in a remote environment

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in audio and/or video editing for podcasts
  • Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Descript, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly in a remote team
  • Experience supporting pre-production and guest management is an advantage

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated podcast professional to take real ownership of a show’s production process from end to end.
