We are seeking a freelance editor to help bring our long-form interview podcast over the finish line. The show features in-depth interviews with engineers, engineering managers, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw podcast recordings into polished, publishable content
  • Ensure consistent audio quality and pacing throughout episodes
  • Manage timeline and deliver completed edits on schedule

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing interview-style podcasts
  • Proficiency with audio editing software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong listening skills
