About the Role
You will be the creative lead for the entire long-form post-production process for the Unlearned Wisdom podcast, handling 1-2 podcast episodes per week. Every episode is a conversation that could change someone’s life, and you ensure that experience is compelling, polished, and well-paced.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit 1 video episode per week from multi-cam assembly through final delivery, including story editing, color grading, sound mixing, B-roll, and motion graphics
- Edit 1 audio-only episode per week (assembly, sound mixing, mastering, and final delivery)
- Build and refine the visual storytelling language of every episode by identifying powerful moments and structuring edits for emotional impact
- Own the creative direction and ensure audience engagement from start to finish
- Report to the Head of Content and collaborate closely with the team
- Run your edit bay with full ownership and accountability
