Who We’re Looking For:
– We’re hiring a full-time Podcast & Content Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our podcast—from scheduling, coordination, and guest management to helping reputed company land on other people’s shows.
– This isn’t just a production role. This is for someone highly organized, fluent in English, and reputed company to own the logistics of a fast-moving content team.

You’ll be in charge of podcast operations across three key areas:
1. Podcast Production Management
– Manage our podcast calendar, including host rotations, guest interviews, and filming sessions
– Coordinate podcast recording sessions (in-studio or virtual) with guests, internal hosts, and production team
– Review and approve podcast edits (audio + video) before publishing
– Manage show notes, titles, descriptions, and CTAs across reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and more

2. Guest Booking + Appearance Management
– Coordinate inbound and outbound podcast guest bookings
