Position Overview

The Outloud Group is seeking a Podcast Media Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping podcast campaigns and connecting brands with their audiences through creative and strategic execution. You will manage media buys, build meaningful relationships with podcast creators, and leverage your network to ensure every campaign aligns with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outreach to vendors and network partners, diving into details of client needs and fit alignment
  • Monitor brand goals and ensure brand safety across all campaigns
  • Gather and analyze demographic data to inform strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Monitor campaign metrics and secure client approvals
  • Facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved in campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced podcast marketing environment

Requirements

  • 12+ months of experience in podcast marketing, media coordination, or related field with proven track record of managing campaigns and building relationships
  • Knowledge of podcast marketing best practices and platforms, including analytics and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with podcast production processes, including recording, editing, and publishing
  • Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Analytical mindset experienced in using data to guide strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team with full-time availability based in the U.S.
