Spread the Positive is a podcast production network that partners with podcast hosts, brands, and organizations to produce high-quality, impactful content that drives growth, reach, and promotes positive media and messaging.

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Production Engineer to own the editing and delivery process for multiple podcasts across the Spread the Positive network. This is a key role for someone who takes pride in audio quality and can manage a consistent, professional output across a varied slate of shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and mix podcast episodes across multiple shows to broadcast-quality standards
  • Manage the full post-production workflow from raw recording to final delivery
  • Apply noise reduction, EQ, compression, and other audio processing techniques
  • Ensure consistent audio quality and branding across all network podcasts
  • Meet deadlines across a multi-podcast production schedule
  • Collaborate with show producers and hosts to understand creative direction

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in podcast or audio post-production
  • Proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or Hindenburg
  • Strong understanding of audio engineering fundamentals including EQ, compression, and noise reduction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to audio quality

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with podcast networks or multi-show environments
  • Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms and delivery specifications
  • Experience with music licensing and sound design
