About the Role
Voice and Vision is seeking a Podcast Producer and Content Operations Manager to support our mission of building premium, mission-driven voice-first brands that educate, empower, and awaken humanity.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit full audio and/or video-based podcast episodes (1-camera, 2-camera, or 3-camera setup)
- Work with a variety of file sizes and manage computer capacity requirements
- Pull 3–5 high-quality short-form clips per episode for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
- Add written hooks, branded elements, captions, basic motion, pacing, and storytelling to content
- Write brief show notes and short-form captions to support episodes
- Organize files in client’s Google Drive folder and manage exports
- Upload content to client’s Podcast Account, YouTube, and social media platforms
- Assist with creating YouTube thumbnails
- Track analytics, performance metrics, and reporting
Requirements
- Belief in the Voice and Visibility mission
- Fast, clear communication (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail with focus on what matters
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Understanding of pacing, hooks, energy, and storytelling
- Ability to match high-end, clean editing style
- Must have editing software and a capable computer
Project Details
Timeline: May 1 – ongoing. Starting at 5-10 hours per week, with potential to shift to 20-30 hours per week. Compensation: $20-30/hour to start, with performance bonuses available.
