Role Overview
Sagan Recruitment is seeking a Podcast Producer & Content Coordinator to own end-to-end podcast production and content distribution. This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering measurable results. You will manage the full podcast lifecycle—producing 2 episodes per month from planning and production through publishing, performance tracking, and multi-platform content repurposing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end podcast production including planning, editing, and publishing (2 episodes/month)
- Manage episode timelines, guest coordination, and release schedules
- Repurpose content into LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and newsletter content
- Track and analyze performance metrics including subscribers, watch time, and conversions
- Manage and maintain content calendar aligned with marketing goals
- Run testing initiatives to improve reach, engagement, and growth
- Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in podcast production and/or digital content management
- Proven track record with measurable content performance metrics (views, growth, engagement)
- Strong experience with content repurposing and multi-channel distribution
- Proficiency with AI tools for editing, content creation, and analytics
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and sales funnels
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-focused
- Based in LATAM with availability for EST business hours overlap
Nice to Have
- Experience producing business, marketing, or founder-led podcasts
- Familiarity with short-form video editing and distribution strategies
- Experience working with content-driven growth teams
