Podcast Producer
Get Linked up LLC is hiring an experienced Podcast Producer to take full ownership of managing and producing our podcast from start to finish. This role is for someone who thrives on organization, preparation, and proactive execution—allowing our host to simply show up, press record, and deliver great content.
Responsibilities
- Research, select, and develop compelling podcast topics
- Track trending topics, viral content, and timely conversations relevant to the show
- Prepare detailed episode rundowns, outlines, and talking points
- Brief the host thoroughly prior to each recording
- Manage overall show flow, structure, and pacing
- Ensure each episode is fully prepared and production-ready before recording
- Own the podcast process end-to-end so nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Podcast Producer (non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated ability to research and select episode topics for podcasts
- Experience briefing podcast hosts ahead of recordings
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts independently
- C1-level English proficiency (must speak, read, and write English fluently)
- Comfortable working fully remotely and communicating with distributed teams
