We are seeking an experienced Podcast Producer to handle the production of our Market Madness show, operating at a rapid pace with a commitment to high-quality content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce weekly live and recorded episodes of Market Madness
- Operate and manage broadcasts via StreamYard or similar broadcast platforms
- Manage show rundowns and production timelines
- Oversee on-screen graphics, transitions, and live elements
- Liaise with editorial, social, and creative teams
- Ensure consistent improvement in production quality (visuals, audio, and pacing)
- Support post-production workflow, including clipping and distribution planning
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience producing live or live-to-tape digital shows
- Strong hands-on experience using StreamYard
- Comfortable working with high-profile on-air talent
- Strong understanding of digital-first sports audiences
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- UK-based and available to work flexible hours aligned with football news cycle

- Experience in sports media
- Understanding of YouTube and social video optimization
