Role Description<

- Experience producing audio or video podcasts, ideally in an interview format
- Comfortable running a studio recording session independently, including guest coordination and technical setup
- Familiarity with podcast hosting/distribution platforms (e.g., Megaphone) and basic episode metadata (titles, descriptions, chapters)
- Strong editorial judgment and writing skills for outlines, scripts, and episode copy
- Experience with or working knowledge of social clip review and content workflows
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a recurring weekly schedule with fixed deadlines
- Financial media or business content experience a plus
