Stepping Stone Academy Foundation is looking for a Podcast Producer to create and manage educational and inspirational podcast content. This position involves full production responsibilities from concept to distribution, working with diverse guests and topics to serve the foundation’s mission.
- Develop podcast concepts and editorial direction
- Conduct interviews and manage guest coordination
- Record, edit, and produce podcast episodes
- Write show notes and promotional materials
- Manage podcast distribution across platforms
- Analyze listener metrics and audience feedback
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotion strategies
Required: 2+ years podcast production experience; strong interviewing and storytelling skills; proficiency in audio editing software (Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar); excellent communication and organizational abilities; passion for educational content and community engagement.
