Twine is looking for a talented Podcast Producer to join their creative roster in Singapore. Twine is a platform connecting businesses with skilled freelancers across creative and digital disciplines, and this role offers an opportunity to work on diverse podcast projects.

As a Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for the full production lifecycle of podcast content — from concept development through to publishing. You’ll work with clients to bring their audio vision to life, ensuring high production standards and compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, produce, and edit podcast episodes across a variety of formats and genres
  • Manage guest bookings, interview scheduling, and pre-production logistics
  • Record, mix, and master audio to professional broadcast standards
  • Write episode descriptions, show notes, and social media copy
  • Oversee podcast distribution across platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and others
  • Advise clients on podcast strategy, format, and audience growth

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in podcast production or audio broadcasting
  • Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g. Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, GarageBand)
  • Strong editorial and storytelling instincts
  • Excellent communication and client management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with podcast analytics tools and audience development strategies
  • Background in radio or digital media production
