Podcast Production Intern (Jun 2026)
Join iHeartMedia as a Podcast Production Intern to assist with content research, audio editing, promotion, and publishing in a leading audio company. This internship offers hands-on experience in podcast production and the opportunity to work with industry professionals.
Your Role
- Research guest backgrounds, episode topics, and help craft interview questions
- Create assembly edits from raw audio, assist in cleaning and mixing episodes, and produce short-form content for social media
- Listen to completed episodes for quality assurance and error review
- Find clips for social media promotion and assist in creating social content
- Help craft show titles and descriptions and schedule episodes for publishing
- Assist with general office tasks and prepare and deliver reports as required
- Learn job processes and requirements in assigned functions
- Work 20 hours per week
Requirements

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, active listening, proofreading, and editing abilities
- Strong planning and organizing skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Knowledge of Adobe Audition and Descript is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
