Podcast & Video Producer

Superinsight is seeking an experienced Podcast & Video Producer to manage the complete production lifecycle of interview-based content for our professional services platform. This is a contract position ideal for someone with strong production experience and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and reach out to interesting attorneys, physicians, medical experts, and other potential guests for interviews
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage the guest pipeline and pre-interview logistics
  • Research guests and prepare comprehensive interview briefs with background information, talking points, and suggested questions
  • Manage remote video recording sessions including camera, audio, lighting, framing, and troubleshooting
  • Serve as producer during interviews, monitoring quality and keeping conversations engaging and on track
  • Edit full-length video interviews for YouTube and long-form channels
  • Create multiple short-form clips from interviews for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Add captions, graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros, and branding elements
  • Develop compelling titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and supporting content
  • Repurpose interviews into LinkedIn posts, quotes, articles, and email content
  • Maintain organized library of raw footage, edited videos, and published content
  • Coordinate production calendar and ensure timely episode delivery

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience producing podcasts, video interviews, YouTube content, or similar media
  • Proven ability to manage entire production processes, not just editing
  • Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, or similar tools
  • Experience producing short-form social video from long-form interviews
  • Strong understanding of audio and video production equipment and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of workflows
  • Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube content strongly preferred
  • Experience in legal, healthcare, medical, or professional services content is a plus
