Pre-Production Associate, Audio Production
Penguin Random House is seeking a Pre-Production Associate for Audio Production to join our team in North Hollywood, CA. This is an on-site position based at our North Hollywood location.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the audio production team in pre-production activities, including coordination of resources, scheduling, and preparation of materials for audio recording and production projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-production planning and coordination for audio projects
- Support scheduling and resource allocation for recording sessions
- Prepare and organize materials for audio production
- Coordinate with production team members and external partners
- Maintain production documentation and records
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in audio production or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in North Hollywood
- Proficiency with standard office and production software
