Producer/Editor

Dirty Mo Media is seeking a talented Producer/Editor to join our creative team. This role is part of a dynamic group that produces digital content across multiple formats including podcasts, vodcasts, livestreaming, TV programming, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hosts, creative directors, and editors to develop episode concepts and storylines
  • Prepare production documentation including call sheets, show sheets, schedules, and camera plans
  • Coordinate logistics for in-studio and remote productions, including travel and technical setup
  • Manage taping of shows including directing, board operation, file management, and crew oversight
  • Oversee post-production workflows, deliverables, and content archiving
  • Execute final packaging and distribution with quality control standards
  • Edit audio using Adobe Audition for podcast distribution, including sound design, music beds, and audio mastering
  • Create dynamic video edits using Adobe Premiere optimized for YouTube, TV, and social platforms
  • Ensure content meets Dirty Mo Media’s creative standards and brand guidelines
  • Manage advertisement fulfillment, sponsorships, and branded content integrations

Requirements

  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and brand alignment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Audition and Adobe Premiere
  • Experience with audio vetting, formatting, and mastering
  • Ability to manage multiple production workflows simultaneously
  • Excellent collaboration skills with creative teams
  • Experience with podcast editing and distribution
