Full-time Editing & Post-Production

Producer / Editor, Presence® Media — Luxury Presence

Luxury Presence New York, NY $100,000–$135,000/year 3 months ago

About the Role

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. We are building a first-of-its-kind media arm inside a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company at a moment when brand, distribution, and industry authority are becoming the most durable competitive advantages in technology. As the Producer / Editor, you are the production engine responsible for the Presence® Media YouTube channel and derivative content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot, edit, and ship two flagship weekly YouTube shows
  • Build the short-form derivative pipeline that powers audience growth across every social platform (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Manage pre-production: shot lists, run-of-show planning, guest prep, location and equipment logistics
  • Run the camera and direct the shoot with proper lighting, audio capture, and on-set continuity
  • Own post-production: assembly, pacing, music, motion graphics, color, sound design, and final delivery
  • Use AI-assisted clipping, transcription, and editing tools to scale short-form output
  • Produce webinars, virtual events, executive thought leadership videos, and event content

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on YouTube experience is non-negotiable — you must have personally produced, shot, or edited content that lives on YouTube and has earned an audience
  • Deep understanding of YouTube platform mechanics: retention curves, hooks, pacing, packaging, thumbnails, titles, and algorithm behavior
  • Proficiency with professional video editing software and production equipment
  • Experience managing recurring shows or recurring video content production
  • Strong storytelling and creative sensibility
  • Ability to work shoulder to shoulder with on-camera talent and marketing teams
