About Hallow

Hallow is on a mission to help people pray. We’re the No. 1 prayer app in the world, with more than 1 billion prayers prayed across 150+ countries. We’re building a product that is authentically Christian and Catholic, while at the same time a resource for anyone looking to grow deeper in a relationship with God. The app has been downloaded more than 30 million times with over 250,000 5-star reviews. We’re backed by mission-driven investors and are expanding our content operations.

The Role

We’re expanding into more and more media domains and are looking for a Producer to own end-to-end production and serve as the planning and operations backbone for a growing slate of content. This is a startup environment where you’ll move quickly and make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy and Creative: Partner with the Head of Studios to develop the overall creative direction of Hallow’s content slate — identifying new show concepts, formats, and opportunities to grow our audience across audio and video.
  • Lead Flagship Show Production: Own end-to-end production of a new Hallow flagship production — episode planning, guest coordination, on-location recording, post-production, and release. You’ll ensure every episode is excellent.
  • Build the Production System: Develop and maintain the run-of-show documents, editorial calendars, and production workflows that allow us to run multiple shows simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Support the Full Content Slate: Manage operations across all content productions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

Experience in podcast production, audio/video production, or content operations. Proven ability to manage end-to-end production workflows. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and wear multiple hats.
