95.7 The Game in San Francisco is looking for a part-time producer who is a self-starter, can take control in the studio, works well with others, and takes direction professionally. This position involves running the control board, generating show topics daily, assisting with guest ideas, and editing sound before and after broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the control board during broadcasts
  • Follow station format and all applicable laws and FCC regulations
  • Arrange and play commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
  • Help generate topics on a daily basis and provide topic development assistance to show hosts
  • Assist with guest ideas and coordination
  • Screen calls during show in a professional manner
  • Edit sound and audio production before and after the show
  • Podcast production and editing
  • Maintain digital show accounts on all social media platforms
  • Work closely with on-air staff, commercial production, and digital staff
  • Handle on-site coverage of events and press conferences using knowledge of all social media platforms

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of digital audio recording and editing equipment (preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge of Bay Area Sports (preferred)
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to take control in the studio
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated starting salary range is $20.00 to $25.00/hour.
