About the Role
We are seeking a Producer to help develop, lead, and grow a women’s soccer-focused podcast. The ideal candidate will have strong content development skills and an impressive track record of show running highly engaging and entertaining talk shows across digital channels, working directly with high-profile talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production, supporting all aspects of content development, editing, publishing, promotion, and monetization
- In collaboration with senior leadership and talent, develop and execute long-term creative and content strategies aligned with the show’s North Star
- Create and manage a content roadmap that aligns with overall show strategy and audience growth tactics
- Manage all aspects of pre-production, including show concepts, content creation, rundowns, shot lists, sales deliverables, and guest booking
- Lead a team of show editors, associate producers, and social coordinators
- Create detailed shot lists, treatments, and storyboards for audio and video productions
- Drive efficient post-production processes ensuring all teams are aligned on assets and deliverables
- Manage sponsorship requirements and quality control for host-read ads and sponsored segments
- Track show analytics and audience trends to inform editorial decisions
- Collaborate on promotional strategy across multiple mediums
Required Qualifications
Strong editorial judgment and deep knowledge of sports and entertainment landscapes, particularly women’s soccer. Basic production skills and keen eye for engaging social media content are vital. Experience show running highly engaging talk shows across digital platforms is essential.
