Production Assistant, Dr. Josh Axe Show

Dr. Josh Axe’s brand world—podcast, owned social channels, books, and public presence—runs on tight execution. As Production Assistant, you will work directly under the Brand Manager to keep production moving across every pillar of Dr. Axe’s brand: podcast growth, owned social channel growth, book launch operations, content roadmapping, and AI-native execution.

Podcast Growth – Production Support

  • Support the Brand Manager in keeping The Dr. Josh Axe Show on schedule and growing
  • Assist with run sheets, episode briefs, and pre-show preparation documents
  • Help maintain a rolling guest pipeline by coordinating booking logistics, guest communication, and scheduling 6–8 weeks ahead
  • Coordinate with podcast production teams on shoot schedules, post-production timelines, and clip distribution
  • Pull weekly analytics including downloads, audience retention, rankings, and YouTube performance into reports

Owned Social Channel Growth – Execution

  • Help execute the social strategy and voice defined by the Brand Manager across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Assist with scheduling, publishing, and organizing assets across all owned channels
  • Support the content repurposing pipeline by turning podcast episodes into clips, shorts, carousels, and written content
  • Track audience growth, engagement, and channel performance

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support throughout a 12-month book launch effort
  • Help maintain the rolling 90-day content roadmap
  • Use AI as your primary production tool for drafting briefs, calendars, and content

You are organized, fast, and proactive—you see what needs doing before you’re asked, and you use AI as your primary production tool to do the work of several traditional operators. Remote flexibility available with Franklin, TN preferred.
