About the Role
Townsquare Media is seeking a creative Radio Host / Multimedia Content Creator & Brand Influencer for KXLB in Bozeman, MT. This full-time, in-office role combines on-air hosting with digital content creation and community influencer responsibilities. You’ll be the voice, face, writer, and content creator for your community, engaging audiences across radio, digital, video, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live, engaging on-air shows Monday through Friday
- Prepare daily show content that entertains, informs, and connects with the target audience
- Create and publish a minimum of two original local articles per day for the station website and mobile app
- Write and schedule engaging posts across social platforms including Facebook and others
- Connect with listeners through interviews, live appearances, remotes, and community events
- Represent the station at promotions, live broadcasts, and special programming initiatives
- Produce commercials and assist with market-wide programming and content needs
- Champion the station brand by building authentic community relationships
- Collaborate with on-air, digital, production, and sales teams on integrated content initiatives
- Create and publish original video content, including social-first short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and longer-form segments
- Prospect and develop endorsement and influencer partnerships with local businesses
- Participate in high-visibility community events and business functions as a station ambassador
