American Public Media Group is seeking a Senior Editor, Investigations to lead in the nationally renowned investigative, podcast, and documentary journalism unit, APM Reports, and the award-winning newsroom at MPR News.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead investigative journalism projects across audio, podcast, and documentary formats
  • Manage editorial direction and quality standards
  • Supervise and mentor journalists and producers
  • Develop investigative story strategies and long-form narratives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multimedia storytelling
  • Ensure all content meets public media editorial standards
