The Podglomerate, recognized as a leading firm for podcast production, marketing/audience development, and monetization, is seeking a Senior Editor to join their Production team. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position reporting directly to the VP of Production Services.

The Podglomerate has been recognized as the Best Podcast Marketing agency in the industry and works with a wide range of podcast clients across genres and formats. As Senior Editor, you will play a central role in shaping the sonic quality and editorial integrity of podcast content produced by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audio editing and post-production for multiple podcast clients simultaneously
  • Provide editorial guidance and feedback to ensure content quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with producers, hosts, and the VP of Production Services on creative direction
  • Manage editing timelines and ensure on-time delivery of finished episodes
  • Mentor junior editors and production staff
  • Maintain and uphold editorial standards across The Podglomerate’s client portfolio

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in audio editing and podcast post-production
  • Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
  • Proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Hindenburg
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment
