Senior Event Producer, Experience Strategy & Stage Production
Augeo is seeking an experienced Senior Event Producer to own creative ideas and lead the technical production of live, virtual, and hybrid experiences. As a creative leader and technical producer, you’ll oversee everything from general sessions and keynotes to sales kickoffs, user conferences, and leadership meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative production concepts and experience strategies that support program objectives and audience engagement
- Lead planning, execution, and integration of production elements including stage design, lighting, audio, video, graphics, and presentation support
- Track production trends and emerging technology, including AI-assisted content workflows, virtual production, and immersive formats
- Produce virtual and hybrid programs, managing streaming platforms, remote speaker workflows, and recording
- Lead video and content production including scripting, directing shoots, reviewing edits, and managing motion graphics
- Own run-of-show documentation, production schedules, technical timelines, and lead rehearsals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and speaker coaching across full program portfolios
Ideal Candidate
You are part creative director, part technical producer, and part client lead. You’re comfortable pitching concepts to executives and leading productions from the technical table. You stay curious about new production trends and technology, and are willing to take smart, accountable risks. You work closely with account, creative design, and client teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
