About the Role

Milk Makeup is seeking a Senior Manager of Creative Operations to support all operations and content production for the organization. This position will work with the creative team to establish operational processes and project management systems for all content creation initiatives across 360 campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop processes for all creative operations, including understanding the complete creative workflow and business flow within tight digital timelines
  • Manage end-to-end processes from cross-functional briefing to final asset delivery
  • Keep project schedules on track and ensure key milestones are met to move projects forward
  • Hold the creative team accountable to project timelines and deliverables
  • Assist in the production of brand content across all initiatives, from large to small scale
  • Manage incoming requests, scheduling, and workflow through project management systems
  • Organize and manage asset delivery and storage through Bynder
  • Facilitate prioritization of content types and assign workload based on team strengths
  • Support shooting, design, and copy creation across the brand

Note: This role requires in-office presence 4 days per week.
