Senior Manager, Creator & Podcast Partnerships
Cometeer is revolutionizing the coffee industry with patented technology that delivers unparalleled convenience, quality, and flavor. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Creator & Podcast Partnerships to scale Cometeer’s creator ecosystem. This role has a strong emphasis on strategic dealmaking, high-impact partnerships, and podcast channel establishment and growth.
This is a highly strategic, revenue- and brand-driving role. You’ll own the development and execution of our podcast partnership strategy – sourcing and closing large, high-leverage deals, negotiating complex partnership agreements, and building long-term relationships that drive both performance and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own Cometeer’s creator and podcast partnerships strategy across key platforms
- Identify high-impact opportunities across creators, podcast hosts, networks, and media properties
- Define deal structures that balance brand storytelling, performance marketing, and long-term brand equity
- Proactively source top-tier creators and podcast partners aligned with Cometeer’s brand
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners across social and podcast channels
- Lead negotiations end-to-end, including scope, pricing, usage rights, and exclusivity
- Structure and close large, multi-channel and multi-episode deals
- Develop Cometeer’s podcast acquisition and brand integration strategy
- Source and negotiate host-read ads, integrated segments, and sponsored episodes
- Evaluate performance metrics across podcast channels (CPM, CAC, LTV alignment)
- Oversee campaign logistics and ensure clear communication of deliverables
- Build relationships with podcast hosts, networks, and media buyers
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or creator/influencer management
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Understanding of podcast industry dynamics and podcast audience metrics
- Experience building and scaling programs with measurable ROI
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term wins and long-term relationships
