Senior Producer, Podcast Editorial
CBS News is seeking a Senior Producer, Podcasts to oversee editorial production across its 48 Hours podcast slate, including two weekly flagship shows and a portfolio of limited series.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in New York. You will lead editorial strategy and execution for multiple podcast projects, working with talented producers and talent to deliver high-quality audio journalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee editorial production for 48 Hours podcast slate
- Manage two weekly flagship shows and limited series portfolio
- Lead and mentor podcast production team members
- Develop editorial strategy and content direction
- Ensure quality and consistency across all podcast initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience producing podcasts or audio journalism
- Strong editorial leadership and management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Deep knowledge of podcast production and distribution
