About the Role
We’re hiring multiple content marketing specialists to support our clients across short-form video, social design, and broader digital marketing work. This role focuses on producing high-quality short-form content for Instagram, with additional responsibilities in email campaigns, funnels, and digital marketing as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit Reels across multiple client accounts using CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci
- Cut podcast episodes into short clips and write accompanying captions
- Design Instagram carousels and story graphics
- Develop content hooks and concepts
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, funnels, and landing pages
Required Qualifications
- Strong short-form editing skills
- Strong eye for design (typography, layout, color)
- Current knowledge of what’s working on Instagram
- Experience with email marketing, funnels, or general digital marketing
- Ability to manage multiple accounts without quality degradation, especially in remote environments
Nice to Have
- Motion design and After Effects expertise
- Experience editing podcasts or personal brand content
- Based in Austin, Texas
Position Details
This is a work-for-hire contract engagement with approximately 10–15 hours per week on an ongoing basis. Rate depends on experience.
