About the Opportunity

The Sounds Business Operations Manager role focuses on program management and operational coordination to ensure the smooth running of the Sounds business. This position bridges category teams and senior leadership, managing workflows, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration primarily with Product and Engineering teams. The role’s impact lies in streamlining operations and enabling teams to focus on their core activities by providing structure and resolving blockers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own program management across Audio Development including tracking workstreams, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain visibility on progress and proactively address risks or blockers
  • Coordinate between Audio Development and Product/Engineering to align priorities and initiatives
  • Manage team rhythm by organizing meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Prepare materials for leadership and cross-functional meetings
  • Track and report on the audio development budget, identifying risks and variances
  • Partner with Finance on financial reporting and processes
  • Improve operational processes to reduce bottlenecks and manual work
  • Serve as an escalation point for cross-functional issues
  • Aggregate and report on catalog performance and operational data to support decision-making

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in program, content, or business operations management. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
